The car we rented was perfectly spacious & clean. Also, they had the perfect sized car seat for our 1.5 yr old toddler. We had a great week in Phoenix and we were able to get everywhere we needed to go easily and safely. So quick with communication - even we had to make changes last minute to extend our trip. Our vehicles are located in the PreFlight Garage at 44 N. 44th St. Phoenix, AZ 85034, right across the street from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Those coming from the airport can access our lot by riding the free shuttles, which run to and from the terminal. For more information on our shuttle service, please check your reservation details.

All drivers must be 21 or older and have a valid U.S. driver's license (probationary and provisional licenses are not accepted), and a debit or credit card (pre-paid debit cards are not accepted), and an active auto insurance policy with comprehensive and collisions coverage.

At PHX Rental Cars, we require bookings to be made at least 3 hours in advance. This helps give our staff time to prepare your vehicle.

In most cases total trip mileage is limited to 100 miles per day. That means a 3-day trip is allowed up to 300 total miles before incurring a fee. We calculate total mileage taking pictures of the odometer before and after your trip.

PHX Rental Cars doesn’t charge extra fees for adding approved second drivers or canceling your trip as long as it’s within 24 hours of your reservation start time.
You may be charged fees if you break our Terms and Conditions/Rental Agreement, including for smoking or vaping, bringing a pet, damaging the vehicle, unauthorized drivers, excessive wear and tear and returning the car with less gas than was provided at pick up.
