Our vehicles are located inside the PreFlight Garage at 44 N. 44th St. Phoenix, AZ 85034, right across the street from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Those coming from the airport can access our lot by riding the free shuttles, which run to and from the terminal. For more information on our shuttle service, please check your reservation details.

All drivers must be 21 or older and have a valid U.S. driver's license (probationary and provisional licenses are not accepted), and a debit or credit card (pre-paid debit cards are not accepted), in most cases an active auto insurance policy with comprehensive and collisions coverage.

At PHX Rental Cars, if a vehicle is already on site we require bookings to be made at least 2 hours in advance. In the event that the vehicle was returned that day we may require 3 hours. This helps give our staff time to prepare your vehicle.

Yes. In most cases total trip mileage is limited to 150 miles/day. That means a 7-day trip is allowed up to 1050 total miles before incurring a fee. Some deluxe vehicle are limited to 100 miles/day. We calculate total mileage taking pictures of the odometer before and after your trip.

PHX Rental Cars doesn’t charge extra fees for adding approved second drivers but they must be verified.

You may be charged fees if you break our Terms and Conditions/Rental Agreement, including for smoking or vaping, bringing a pet, damaging the vehicle, unauthorized drivers, excessive wear and tear and returning the car with less gas than was provided at pick up.
